Cisco Hernandez

Cisco Hernandez, President


Cisco has over 30 years of aviation experience and expertise in distribution, OEM relationships, business and market development, customer support, and engineering management. His career spans McDonald Douglas, Litton Aero Products, Tracor Aerospace, and he recently served as VP and General Manager of DAC International.
With a deep technical understanding of aviation products and certification, Cisco meets the needs of our clients by pairing solutions to aircraft platforms to enhance the safety of flight. .

Brad Sutphin, Vice President


Brad Sutphin brings over sixteen years of aviation experience in value-added distribution, STC development/certification, vendor relations, and business development. Brad achieved his A&P Certificate from Westwood College of Aviation Technology, with a degree in Applied Sciences of Aviation. His Aviation career began in 2004 as an Inside Sales Manager for Aerospace Instrument Support, where he spent ten years.

In 2014 Brad joined DAC International, serving as the Central US/Canada Regional Sales Manager until 2021. 

Brad's joined Texas Aerospace Technologies as their new Vice President in June 2021 to drive global sales and business development.

Julie Westcott, Vice President Operations & OEM Development


Julie Westcott is our Vice President of Operations and OEM Development. With over 37 years of extensive experience in the aerospace industry, she most recently served as the Director of Products and Programs for DAC International. Julie will work to grow our OEM partnerships and oversee our strategic operations.

Mike Sutphin, Operations Manager


Mike Sutphin has over 45 years of experience in sales and operations. With extensive industry knowledge and expertise, Mike brings a wealth of value to his new role as Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, he oversees and optimizes the company's day-to-day operations. His primary objective is to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all aspects of the organization. With a proven track record of success, Sutphin's strategic vision and innate ability to implement process improvements will be pivotal in strengthening the company's operational capabilities.

Vanderlei da Silva, Sales Manager, Latin America


Vanderlei da Silva is our Latin America Sales Manager. He has over 34 years’ experience in the aviation industry. Most recently Mr. Silva was the Latin America Sales Manager for DAC International where he spent 13 years. Vanderlei is a consummate professional with a background as an electronic technician and holds degrees in Administration & Business Management and postgraduate degrees in Marketing and Digital Media.

Mike Opheim, Director, Sales USA/Canada


Mike Opheim is our Director, Sales USA/Canada. Mr. Opheim joins Texas Aerospace Technologies with 30+ years’ experience in the aviation & avionics community. Having held sales and marketing positions with Rockwell Collins, Marathon Battery, Satcom Direct, L3 and DAC International, Mike brings a tremendous amount of experience and expertise to the Texas Aerospace Technologies team. Mike’s responsibilities will include sales and marketing for the USA and Canadian markets as well as other business development and program management duties.

Scott Roth, Regional Sales Manager-Western US and Canada


Scott Roth is the Western U.S. and Canada's Regional Sales Manager. With over 15 years of extensive aviation experience, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Texas Aerospace team.  A remarkable track record in sales, distribution, and management roles has marked Scott Roth's career in the aviation industry.  Scott is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
